J. Michael Giglio has been involved in the criminal justice system for over twenty-eight years. He has worked with his clients at all levels of the system to safeguard their rights. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College and the Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. He holds memberships in the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Council of Juvenile Court Judges, the National Council of Juvenile Court Judges and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. He is an active member of the Lookout Mountain Bar Association, having served as Secretary, Treasurer and two terms as President of the organization. Mr. Giglio is admitted to practice before all municipal, state and federal courts in the states of Georgia and Tennessee. He is a registered neutral and owns and operates Lookout Mountain Mediation Services. Mr. Giglio is also honored to serve as a part-time Juvenile Court Judge for Catoosa County, Georgia.
